Andree s.r.o., law firm, with registered office at Dolní náměstí 22/43, Olomouc 779 00, IČ 01940309 ("Law Firm"), protects all processed personal data as strictly confidential and handles them in accordance with applicable legal regulations in the field of personal data protection as well as in the field of legal regulations.
The Law Firm is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), i.e. it collects, stores and uses (or otherwise processes) your personal data for the performance of its business activities (the individual purposes for which personal data are processed are specified below), which consists mainly in providing legal services and related advice in the field of law and business, including the organization of educational events.
These Principles of Personal Data Processing apply to (i) processing of personal data performed by the Law Firm during your use of the websites www.akandree.eu ("Websites"), (ii) processing of personal data performed by the Law Firm during communication with you via email or telephone, (iii) processing of personal data by the Law Firm during the duration of business relations with clients and suppliers, (iv) processing of personal data in fulfillment of legal obligations of the Law Firm and its employees and (v) processing of personal data necessary for the purposes of protecting the legitimate interests of the Law Firm.
The Principles of Personal Data Processing describe the purposes of processing personal data and the methods of their processing, inform about the individual categories of processed personal data, their possible recipients, the period of retention of personal data and about your rights in relation to the protection of personal data.

For the functionality of the Websites, "cookies" are used, which are small data files stored on your computer's disk. Cookies are used to identify your session on the Websites. The cookies used do not store any personal data within the meaning of these terms, nor do they collect information enabling the identification of a specific person. They do not store your IP address either.

The Law Firm collects information about your use of the Websites through cookies for the purpose of remarketing (when visiting the Websites for the first time, the following notice is displayed: "This website uses cookies. By continuing to browse this website, you consent to their use."). The obtained information is used to analyze your behavior on the Websites and also for displaying specific advertising of the Websites. This function is beneficial for you, as you will only be shown advertisements or content that correspond to your interests.
The Law Firm discloses your personal data only to authorized employees and cooperating lawyers or individual processors of personal data contractually agreed with the Law Firm, but always only to the extent necessary to fulfill the individual purposes of processing and on the basis of the appropriate legal title for processing personal data. In cases stipulated by law, companies are authorized, or obliged, to transfer certain personal data on the basis of applicable legal regulations, for example to bodies active in criminal proceedings or other public authorities.
Personal data of third parties, which means personal data of employees or suppliers of the Law Firm and other natural persons participating in cooperation with the Law Firm, or other data that the Law Firm receives from the client or supplier in connection with the conclusion or performance of the contract, will be processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations in the field of personal data protection. The Law Firm will use these personal data for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with clients or suppliers. The Law Firm will process personal data of third parties for the duration of the contractual relationship and further for the period stipulated by special legal regulations, if any. For a longer period, they will then be retained if, in a justified case, the need arises to retain the data in connection with a specific case.
Your personal data are processed and retained for the period necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the relevant contractual relationship and further for the period during which the Law Firm is obliged as the controller of personal data to retain personal data according to generally binding legal regulations. In other cases, the processing period follows from the purpose of processing, to which it must be proportionate, or is given by legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.

* The Law Firm is entitled to process your email address within the meaning of § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services and on amendments to certain laws (Act on certain information society services) for the purpose of disseminating commercial communications concerning its own services and products (e.g. in the form of an information newsletter or newsletter) in case you have not refused such sending.
The data subject has rights in connection with the processing of personal data that arise from legal regulations and which can be exercised at any time. These are the right (i) to access personal data, (ii) to rectification of inaccurate and completion of incomplete personal data, (iii) to erasure of personal data if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if it is found that they were processed unlawfully, (iv) to restriction of processing of personal data, (v) to data portability, (vi) the right to object, after which the processing of personal data will be terminated unless serious legitimate reasons for processing are proven that prevail over the interests or rights and freedoms of the data subject, especially if the reason is possible enforcement of legal claims, and (vii) the right to turn to the Office for Personal Data Protection.
If you want to know whether the Law Firm processes personal data, you have the right to obtain information about whether your personal data are being processed, and if so, you also have the right to access your personal data. In the case of unreasonable, disproportionate or repeated requests, the Law Firm will be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for the copy of the provided personal data or to refuse the request (the above applies similarly to the exercise of the rights listed below).
If you feel that the Law Firm processes inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you, you have the right to request their rectification and completion. The Law Firm will carry out the rectification or completion of the data without undue delay, but always taking into account the technical possibilities.
If you request erasure, the Law Firm will erase your personal data if (i) they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for processing your personal data, or (iv) the legal obligation to process stipulated by the law of the European Union or national legal regulations has ceased.
If you request restriction of processing, the Law Firm will make the personal data inaccessible, temporarily remove or retain them or perform other processing operations that will be necessary for the proper exercise of the asserted right.
If you want the Law Firm to transfer the personal data it processes about you in electronic form on the basis of a contract or consent to a third party, you can exercise your right to data portability. If the exercise of this right would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons, the Law Firm will not be able to comply with your request.
The right to object to the processing of personal data that are processed for the purposes of performing a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority or for the purposes of protecting the legitimate interests of the Law Firm. If the Law Firm does not prove that there is a serious legitimate reason for processing that prevails over the interest or rights and freedoms of the customer, it will terminate the processing based on the objection without undue delay.
In the case of repeated or obviously unreasonable requests for the exercise of the above rights, it is possible to charge a reasonable fee for the realization of the given right, or to refuse its realization.
Due to the specific nature of the Law Firm's activities (practice of law), the exercise of some rights of data subjects may be significantly limited (especially for cases of processing personal data concerning specific legal cases).

The exercise of rights (except for requests delivered through the public data network (data box of a natural person) or electronic mail signed with a qualified electronic signature to the email address kancelar@akandree.eu.) can be submitted only in person at the reception at the controller's registered office for security reasons to ensure the identity of the applicant, on a form that is provided to the applicant in paper form or sent upon request by email or in writing by post.
